Our brand new Period Makeup & Period Wig Styling course Is a perfect module for both experienced and beginner makeup artists, serving as a refresher but also as an excellent period makeup and wig skills foundation Module.
You will be taught by some of the leading hair makeup designers and artists in the Film, TV and Theatre industries. Learn how to research different periods in both makeup and hair and understand how a wig is made and how it should be looked after; to creating brilliant period makeup and hair looks.

Makeup And Hair skills that you will be taught are: 18th century male and female makeup and yak wigs , Regency, followed by early, mid and late Victorian, too, as this period was very long! We then continue to Edwardian followed by the incredible decades of the 20th century: 1920’s , 30’s 40’s 50’s 60’s and 70’s.
We believe that our new 5 week makeup and hair course is a perfect platform that will help you learn not just important period makeup and wig skills but also a complete knowledge of Period Hair and Makeup.
Dates And Prices:
The first 5 week makeup and hair course starts 7th May 2024
All our classes are full time and run from 10.00 am – 4.00pm
All the tools and materials are included in the price; all you need bring with you is a phone or camera and a note pad if you wish and a smile!
The full cost including VAT is £4975
Classes are small and each student works at their own pace.
Our Academy is one big family and we encourage each makeup and hair student to help each other. This is not a competitive makeup school, we do not believe in this.
