Media Makeup
Students tend to want to jump in straight away and create a perfect look; they can once they fully understand colour, contour and types of skin. Even when building a home, foundation is key. When is it a good idea to mix cream foundation with primer? What tools to use and when. It is not just a brush, but a sponge can help to pick up pigment when the actor has oily skin. Or when to brush and buff?

Day 1
- Prepping the skin for makeup.
- What products to use on oily/dry and neutral skin type.
- Foundation Cream/Base The different types available and which one is used for which skin type and skin tone.
- Concealer, the different types that are available and when to use them and where.
- Shading and Highlighting, when to use and demonstration given.
- Face Powder, the different types of powder available and where to use it and when to use it.
Day 2
- Pencil, when to use it and what stage it should be used.
- Eyeliner, what effects can be achieved for different makeup’s.
- Mascara, the correct way to apply mascara.
Day 3
